How To Change Your Password in PortalGuard

This article will discuss how you can change your password using your account settings in PortalGuard. Your Arcadia password expires every 365 days and you should change it prior to that happening.

You must follow these guidelines when choosing a new password or passphrase.

1. Log in to PortalGuard at: https://arcadia.onbio-key.com/

2. In the top right corner of the Portal, hover over your name and go down to Edit Profile:
   
   

3. Click the link to Change your password now:
   
   
   

4. You will be asked to provide your current password and then you can add in your new password.
