How to Print at Arcadia for Students
- Make sure you are connected to Eduroam wifi.
If you are not yet connected to Eduroam, select Eduroam from the list of available networks and log in using your full Arcadia email address and Portalguard password.
- On your device’s browser, go to: https://tinyurl.com/auprinting
Even though this page looks the same as the old student printing Papercut website, you must install Papercut from this new link.
- Hit “Download”, then run the installer by double clicking it.
Log in with your Portalguard username (without @arcadia.edu) and password.
- Print your document, selecting “Arcadia-Find-Me-Printing" as the printer
If you do not see “Arcadia-Find-Me-Printing” in your list of printers, it means you do not have Papercut installed. Go back to step one to install it.
5. Go to the nearest Student Print Station and tap your Knight Card.
If this is your first time tapping the Knight Card to the printer, you will have to register your account. Using the touchscreen, enter your username and password to connect your account.
6. Release your Job!
**If you see a charge window pop up on your screen, you are not actually being charged to print. The charge window is there as a "Green Initiative" to show how much printing costs.
If these troubleshooting steps do not work, stop by the Help Desk for in-person assistance. We are located in Taylor Hall 100. You may also contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@arcadia.edu or 215-572-2898.
