Changing Satisfaction Rating in Zendesk
- Go to helpdesk.arcadia.edu and click "sign in" if you are not already signed in. This will bring you to the PortalGuard page to sign in.
2. Once you're signed in, open the drop down menu and select "my activities."
3. This will open a list of all tickets you have created in Zendesk. Select the ticket with the satisfaction rating you'd like change.
4. Change the rating and click "submit my rating."
