If you are seeing information about your application in the portal (after the start of your first term), submit a helpdesk ticket and someone will correct this for you. helpdesk@arcadia.edu
What if the information about me or my team seems incorrect?
If you think there is information on your “About Me” page that is wrong, or if anyone is missing or incorrect on your “Success Team” tab, please contact: studentsuccess@arcadia.edu
What if I am having technical issues with the Portal?
If you are having any issues navigating or technical issues using the portal, submit a helpdesk ticket and someone will connect with you about this: helpdesk@arcadia.edu
