Webcam Shows No Image

If you are experiencing camera issues on your laptop, it's possible the physical built-in webcam is being obstructed by the camera cover. 

Follow the steps below to fix the issue:

1. Locate the webcam on your laptop. There should be a small camera on the top of your laptop monitor.

2. Above the camera, there is a switch you can move left and right. Move it to the left to uncover the webcam.
