Sometimes, you may need to reset your password, whether it expired, or you forgot it. You can do that yourself by following the steps below! If you are unable to remember your password, and cannot access your account, please reach out to helpdesk@arcadia.edu for further assistance.
Resetting your Password
1. Open your browser and head to www.arcadia.edu/portalguard
2. Sign in using your normal credentials if they still work/you have them saved to your.
3. Once signed in, click your Username on the top right of the page.
4. In this drop down menu, select 'Edit Profile'
5. You will be redirected to the Account Management page, where you can make changes to your account, like registered email address, and OTP Delivery Methods. The setting we're looking for is right in front, 'Change Password Now'.
Click that and follow the steps on screen to get your password reset!
Reminder: If you are already connected on the campus Wi-Fi (Eduroam), you will have to update your
Wi-Fi credentials to prevent any lock outs. On all of your devices, that are connected to the Eduroam network, "forget the network" and log back in using your full Arcadia email address and your new Portalguard password.
