Sometimes, you may need to reset your password, whether it expired, or you forgot it. You can do that yourself by following the steps below! If you are unable to reset your password, and cannot access your account, please reach out to helpdesk@arcadia.edu for further assistance.
Resetting your Password
1. Open your browser and head to www.arcadia.edu/portalguard
2. From the login screen, click "Forgot Password".
3. Enter your username and click "continue".
4. Check "Reset Forgotten Password" and click "continue".
5. You can reset your password using two methods: 3 challenge questions or 2nd factor/One Time Passcode. Select the method of your choosing and click "continue".
6. Once you have completed the authentication step, you can reset your password!
Reminder: If you are already connected on the campus Wi-Fi (Eduroam), you will have to update your
Wi-Fi credentials to prevent any lock outs. On all of your devices, that are connected to the Eduroam network, "forget the network" and log back in using your full Arcadia email address and your new Portalguard password.
