How to Access Your Arcadia Email

Arcadia provides an email account to all users through Google's Gmail service. This article will show you how to access your email account through the browser. If you need assistance adding your Arcadia email to your mobile device or tablet, please follow the instructions on this page.

1. Log into Portalguard with your username (without @arcadia.edu) and password

2. Once you are logged into Portalguard, you will see the Single Sign On Portal. Click on the "Google Apps (Email)" tile and follow the prompts to log into Gmail.

3. Now, you should be able to see your emails.

Alternatively, you can go to gmail.com and enter your Arcadia email address. It will direct you to Portalguard to log in. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your emails.
