How to Download Enrollment Verification

Enrollment Verification is provided by the National Student Clearinghouse and it provides enrollment information for students’ previous and current enrollment. The certificate includes term start and end dates, enrollment status (full or half time), and anticipated graduation date. You may download a pdf of your enrollment verification certificate via Clearinghouse tile from Portalguard or via Self Service.

How to log in via Clearinghouse tile in PG:

1. Log into Portalguard
2. Click on the “Clearinghouse” tile
   
3. If this is your first time opening up Clearinghouse, read and agree to the Terms and Condition and click Next
4. Set up multi-factor authentication. Choose your preferred method for multi-factor authentication. We highly recommend the Google Authenticator (you will have to install the mobile app on your device), but you may also use SMS or Email.
   
5.  Once you select the method you prefer, follow the instructions on the website to set up the multi-factor authentication
6. Once the multi-factor is finished, you will see the “MyHub” page
   
   
   

How to log in via Self Service

1. Log into Portalguard
2. Click on the “Self Service - Glenside” tile
   
3. From the top menu, click Grades then Enrollment Verification
   
4. If this is your first time opening up Clearinghouse, read and agree to the Terms and Condition and click Next
5. Set up multi-factor authentication. Choose your preferred method for multi-factor authentication. We highly recommend the Google Authenticator (you will have to install the mobile app on your device), but you may also use SMS or Email.
   
6.  Once you select the method you prefer, follow the instructions on the website to set up the multi-factor authentication
7. Once the multi-factor is finished, you will see the “MyHub” page
   

How to download Enrollment verification certificate:

1. From the Clearinghouse, the “Enrollment History” box or the Self Service tab from the menu on the left side of the screen.
   
2. Under "Download an Enrollment Certificate", select Arcadia University and the certificate type.
   
3. Click "Download Certificate" and a pdf will begin to download.
