Unable to log into Microsoft Office/Do not know password
To log into Microsoft Office, please use your Arcadia email address and your Portalguard password. If you do not know your Portalguard password, follow the steps in this article: Resetting your Password in PortalGuard (Self)
I am using the online apps on the Office.com website and they are not working
Instead of the online apps, please install the Office suite to your device. To install the apps, follow the steps below:
-Log into Office.com with your Arcadia email and Portalguard password.
-From the M365 Copilot page, find "Apps" on the left side menu
-At the top right corner of the page, click on "Install Apps", then Microsoft 365 apps
-Click on "Install Apps" under Office apps & devices
-Open up the installation and follow the steps to install all Office appsMicrosoft Office is not working on my Chromebook
Unfortunately, Chromebooks do not support Microsoft Office apps.
