With the latest upgrade of Self Service we have noticed some users are not able to login. This is due to the fact that your old credentials are probably stored in the cache of your web browser. Once you clear your cache and cookies, you should be able to log into Self Service.
Steps to get back into Self Service:
1. Clear cache and cookies, and select Time Range to "All Time"
2. Log back into PortalGuard
3. Click on the Self Service - Glenside Tile
