Your Account and Password
Arcadia uses a Single Sign-On Portal for account access to the most common services and software. Your supervisor can show you how to login. Remember, you will be required to change your password the first time you login. Passwords expire every 365 days.
How do I set my Emergency Contact info
https://contactinfo.arcadia.edu/
Here you change emergency contact info and settings related to how you would like to see alerts from our emergency alert system, Send Word Now (SWN). This is especially important to have updated for weather related alerts. Please make sure your information is current. You need to login to the page using your current Arcadia issued credentials.
What are network drives?
Arcadia IT Department offers various departmental network drives. Talk with your department supervisor to find out how they are to be used in your role. An Arcadia VPN is needed to access these drives from off campus. We also have Shared Google Drives which do not require access to the VPN and can be used instead.
How do I backup files on my computer?
Arcadia offers Google Drive as a means of backing up and storing files from your computer. Protecting University data on your computer is your responsibility. If you need assistance, please reach out to the Help Desk.
Phishing Scams and Spam Email
Never give out any of your passwords, to anyone for any reason! Arcadia University will never ask you for your password. Phishing scams are common attacks used to steal University Data and personal information. Protecting our data is every one’s responsibility!
