Citrix via Single Sign On Portal - PortalGuard

Going forward, you will no longer need to use the Citrix workspace app from your taskbar.  This is a big security and efficiency improvement. After this change is made, Citrix users will have to log in to one less system during their workday.

Why?: Programs within Citrix (PowerCampus, Dynamics, PowerFAIDS, etc) hold some of our most sensitive institutional data and need to be protected by multi-factor authentication.

How to access Citrix via PortalGuard

1. Go to Portalguard, sign in with your credentials if you have not already today
   
   
2. Click on the Citrix tile
     
   
   
3. Click Detect Receiver
   
4. When prompted to download the Citrix app, click “already installed”.
   
   
   
5. This will take you to the web-based Citrix StoreFront. From there, you can interact with all Citrix apps as you previously did.
   
   

You may need to re-indicate your favorites in the store so they appear under Home when you login - you can do that by just clicking on the Star on each Citrix Tile of the App that you use frequently.
