If your Citrix app is frozen or an app will not open, you will have to manually "log out" of Citrix to end the session.
Follow these steps to end your Citrix session:
1. Click the "hidden icons" arrow at the bottom right corner
2. Right click on the Citrix icon and click "Connection Center"
3. Select the server they are using and click "log off".
If that does not fix the issue, try resetting the app data:
1. Click the "hidden icons" arrow at the bottom right corner
2. Right click on the Citrix icon and click "Troubleshooting".
3. Click "Reset App Data"
