If you've logged in to your device and noticed that the icons for the Office products (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) are broken or gone- don't panic! We have upgraded the Office 2016 products to Office 365. This meant that all the Office 2016 products had to be uninstalled before Office 365 could be installed. Unfortunately this might leave some broken or missing icons on your desktop and bottom bar. Here's a guide on how you can remove and replace those icons.

To remove the broken shortcuts on the bottom taskbar, right-click them and select "Unpin from taskbar":
To pin a new Office 365 app to the taskbar- Click on the Windows start button, choose the app you want to pin, right-click the app, choose more and then Pin to taskbar:
To add a shortcut to the desktop- Click on the Windows start button, choose the app you want to add to the desktop, drag the app to the desktop:
