How to sign into Zoom with SSO

Step 1: Portal Guard

1. Go to your Portal Guard: http://www.arcadia.edu/portalguard
2. Sign in and click on the Zoom tile on the bottom. If the next screen takes you to a Microsoft sign in portal, click "back" on your browser and click the Zoom tile again.

Step 2: Zoom desktop client

1. Click SSO
   
2. Enter your company domain: arcadia
   
3. Click Continue
   You will be redirected to Portalguard to sign in if you are not signed in already. After signing in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom Desktop Client.

Zoom mobile app

1. Tap SSO.
2. Enter your company domain. arcadia
   If you don't know your company domain, tap I don't know the company domain, then enter your email address.
3. Tap Continue.
   You will be redirected to your single sign-on provider to sign in. After signing in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom Mobile App.
