Recording your Zoom Phone Voicemail Greeting

Note: These instructions assume that you are signed in to the Zoom web portal through arcadia.zoom.us

1. Click Phone from the menu on the left side 
2. Click Settings 
3. Scroll down to Voicemail Greeting (below Business Hours) 
4. Click on Audio Library 
5. Click Add Audio 
6. Speak into your mic to get level then click Next 
7. Click the red Record button to start recording
8. When done, click Record again to stop
9. Click Add to add it to your audio library 
10. Click Use the Audio
