Microphone / Webcam Privacy Settings

 Microphone:

 In the Start Menu search and open: “Microphone Privacy Settings”

Make sure the switch that says “Allow apps to access your microphone” is flipped to on

 Webcam:

  In the Start Menu search and open: “Camera Privacy Settings”

Make sure the switch that says “Allow apps to access your camera” is flipped to on
