Requesting a Webinar
A webinar would ideally be used for a larger meeting in which the attendees will not be able to share video or speak without the permission of the host or co-host. The host/co-host can promote attendees to be a panelist so they can participate with audio and video.
ITSS cannot moderate these meetings and you will need to have someone appointed for this task. We can provide you a brief training on how to do this or you can follow this link for directions.
We have a limited number of licenses for webinars and they will be available on a first come/first served availability.
NOTE: If you have more than 5 panelists for your webinar, you will need to provide us with a CSV spreadsheet with their information. Please adhere strictly to the format below:
Column 1: email address
Column 2: first name
Column 3: last name
Any additional information or data (including column titles/labels) in the spreadsheet will cause the import to fail, in which case we will reach out to you to have you submit a corrected version. If you're submitting requests for multiple webinars we will need a separate file for each webinar (not multiple sheets within the same file).
