If Office activation fails, you'll see an "UNLICENSED PRODUCT" error message in the title bar of your Office apps, and most features of Office are disabled.
Follow these instructions to reactivate your license:
1. Open any Microsoft Office app. In the app, if you are on the Home screen, click "account" at the bottom left corner. If you are already in a project, click the "file" tab, click "more..." and then "account".
2. Under "User Information", you will see that you are already logged in. Click "sign out" and then sign back into Microsoft with your Arcadia email address. If you are not signed in, click "Sign in".
3. It should now prompt you to log into Portalguard. Log in.
4. Exit out of the Microsoft Office app and reopen it.
